Svetli Georgiev from Pbg-Bulgaria went out of his way to make us comfortable during our first visit to Bulgaria, when we didn’t speak any Bulgarian and the whole experience was new to us; and we now regard Svetli and his young family as firm friends! On arriving in Sofia, Svetlin was there to meet us and we drove upto Vratsa and stayed in the most gorgeous hotel for £20 a night for me and the Mrs!!
The following couple of days were spent touring the area and went to our house for the first time! I must say that i was a little worried that maybe the house is not going to be what i expected or worse!! Anyway, the house was better than i expected!! Ok , it needs a little work, but not much, in fact unless its a new build every house in Bulgaria will need some kind of work in one way or another.
I am now wanting to buy more property and will eventually go to Bulgaria for a year or who knows!! maybe stay there. I love Bulgaria and can’t wait to return.

My friend and I have both bought houses from PBG and highly recommend them to anybody who is thinking of buying a house or property in Bulgaria. They are a small company which I liked because everything is on a personal level. Svetlin met me at Sofia airport and took me to the hotel they had arranged for me. The houses I was taken to were in very good condition. The one I chose was in exceptional condition in a really nice village where the locals were welcoming and pleasant. We were not rushed or pushed into making a quick decision and everything was explained clearly to me. Svetlin and Nevena walked me through all of the legal stuff, setting up a company etc. And sorted all the legal issues which can be so difficult in a foreign country.
This was in 2008 and they are still supporting me! Nevena reminds me every year to do the accounts which are needed if you have a company and always has the answer if I have a problem.
PBG are without a doubt a great company and I have no hesitation in recommending them, particularly to people like me who need a lot of help and have difficulty with the Bulgarian language .
